Dear Fashion Show Model

This letter is to thank you for agreeing to be a model in the upcoming fashion show at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Moon Township on Sunday April 6, 2008.

The proceeds benefit American Cancer Society – Reach for Recovery Breast Cancer.

Last year we had over 375 people and this year we expect to exceed that amount. I am very excited to have you and your family/friends attend and support this fabulous event. We will be Contacting you in February to go over the details of the event.

About two weeks before you will receive notification as to where you need to go to pick out your outfit. You will also receive instruction on what you need to do. You will be able to pick out what outfit you feel comfortable in and register it with the front service desk of the selected store. We will be available that day to help you. Your involvement consists of being in the fashion show that day and spending some time before hand to go to your selected store and pick out an outfit. The store will deliver your outfit on the fashion show day. All you have to do is show up that day and have a great time. This years fashions will be from Coldwater Creek, Talbolt, American Commadore and Lullabye Landings.

The event begins at 11:00 am when the vendor tables /auctions open. We will have light appetizers and beverages to kick it off. The event is focused around a great day out with your families and friends and will later include the fashion shows, delicious hot lunch, and a healthy lifestyle speakers. You will have a chance to shop at our vendor area, mingle around the auction area and win some fabulous prizes. New! This year you will have a chance to meet and greet four of your favorite actors from the Guiding Light Soap Opera.

Again thank you on behalf of the Young Women’s Breast Cancer Foundation for your support and interest in this special event. Your support is helping to increase awareness of Early Detection.
